These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Expanse Entry application (“the App”) provided by Expanse Electrical (“Expanse”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The App is an internal enterprise tool. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is provided exclusively for use by employees, contractors, and other personnel authorized by Expanse Electrical in connection with their job duties. Access is granted through your organization’s Microsoft Entra ID account. You may not share credentials, access the App on behalf of an unauthorized party, or use the App for any purpose unrelated to your assigned work responsibilities.

Your App access is tied to your Expanse Electrical Microsoft Entra ID identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Report any suspected unauthorized access to IT immediately. Expanse Electrical reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time.
All data you submit through the App (form entries, photos, signatures, notes) is the property of Expanse Electrical and is subject to the company’s data governance policies. You retain no personal ownership claim over business records submitted in the course of your employment or engagement.
The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Expanse Electrical and/or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for authorized business purposes. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated.
We may update, modify, or temporarily interrupt the App for maintenance or improvements without prior notice. The App is designed to support offline use where technically feasible; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Expanse Electrical makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or freedom from defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expanse Electrical is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Use of the App may be logged and audited in accordance with Expanse Electrical’s IT and compliance policies. You consent to reasonable monitoring of App activity for security, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Expanse Electrical is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available within the App or at the URL where this document is hosted. Continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
